1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShaperLove ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is a community-created project by and for members of the Global Shapers Community. Important: ShaperLove is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Global Shapers Community or the World Economic Forum. This is an independent initiative created by community members.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a member of the Global Shapers Community
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide your Global Shaper hub affiliation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information about your Global Shaper membership and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our consent
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post on the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the community project creators and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the accuracy of their profiles or content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the community project creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith discussion between community members.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
